Before starting your application, it is advisable that you identify award categories most suited for your organisation. There are 20 award categories listed on the “Award Categories” There’s no limitation to the number of award categories you can submit applications for.

Once you have identified the categories, you want to apply for, download the application form and submit the completed forms as per the instructions. Pay the fees as per the number of categories applied. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the application within 48 hours.

Wait for further instructions and schedule for virtual presentation and Q&A session by the review committee, the results shall be announced on the stipulated date.

Once you have identified the categories you want to apply for, you are required to pay the participation fees as mentioned below.

Applications must be submitted before and on September 10, 2024. Fees are mentioned below.
Fees for 1 Application – Rs.12,000/-
Fees for 4 Applications – Rs.32,000/-
Fees for 2 Applications – Rs.20,000/-
Fees for 5 Applications – Rs.36,000/-
Fees for 3 Applications – Rs.27,000/-

Step 3: Submit
Download the application form/questionnaire from the “Awards Categories” and fill in the required information. To ease completion of the application, the form is divided into sections. Complete the questions in the order presented, and submit the filled application form, supporting documents, and evidence to info@gesga.in.
Please ensure that separate emails are sent for different award categories. The size of the application and the evidence should not be exceeded 12 MB.
